I need advice,which program should I go with next?


I'll be switching programs to something new in about 2 weeks, and I was wondering what program I should try.

I'm looking to bulk up - I'm going on a big weight gain diet to go along with the traiining. My goal is muscle AND strength, basically.

I've looked at T-mag and found some 12 week Ian King stuff, and I was thinking about combining his leg program with his upper body program and going from there, maybe even along with his ab program. But I also have his "The Book of Muscle" and it has some programs in there....

But then there's Max OT and HST! So many programs, so little time!

What would you guys reccomend for me to do?

its really up to you. a lot of people at this site seem to have great success with max-ot. i find my body responds better when muscles are worked 2 times a week. so therefore, a program that im loosely following now that is giving me good results so far is Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training (DFHT). if you' like a link, here it is:http://216.239.57.104/search?q=cache...hl=en&ie=UTF-8

just keep trying out programs until you find one that works best for you. nothnig works best for everyone. find atleast two ones that you like, and switch between them maybe. good luck.

Well yeah,, though, the thing is that I'm a relative beginner. Right now I'm on a temporary little legs on monday, chest/trris/abs on tuesday, wednesday off, lats/bi's/forearms on thursday and shoulders on friday routine. I've never really tried any of the programs you have mentioned. I was just wondering if anyone would recomend any programs for a relative beginner.
