I'll be switching programs to something new in about 2 weeks, and I was wondering what program I should try.
I'm looking to bulk up - I'm going on a big
weight gain diet to go along with the traiining. My goal is muscle AND strength, basically.
I've looked at T-mag and found some 12 week Ian King stuff, and I was thinking about combining his leg program with his
upper body program and going from there, maybe even along with his ab program. But I also have his "The Book of Muscle" and it has some programs in there....
But then there's Max OT and HST! So many programs, so little time!
What would you guys reccomend for me to do?
