I NEED HELP!!! My Goals: Speed/Agility, Strength/Power, Endurance, Self-Defense

My Goals: Speed/Agility, Strength/Power, Endurance, Self-Defense

I'm looking for advice on where I can find information on my goals. I am currently in the process of improving myself physically and mentally.

If anyone can give me advice or lead me in a direction where I can soke up some information on my goals. I'm open to any websites, books, or personal advice.

I plan on learning Akido, and some close-up combat fighting. What self-defense or karate skills do you know? Do you like it? Has it benifited you?

Another question of mine is, I have a medium bodyframe. I'm 5'6 height I currently weight 162. I am 17 yrs old.

What is healthy for a medium body frame? (such as my size)
1. Lean and Muscular like Bruce Lee
2. Big and Muscular like Arnold Schwarzenegger

IMO I like Bruce Lee's size since he is quick and strong. What's your opinion?

Everything you want

Hey man you should join a dojo. I would recommend Jeet Kun Do. It will teach you how to become the man you want to be through discipline, self-awareness, and confidence.

I personally am in Muay Thai, Hwarang Do, Jeet Kun Do. Muay Thai which is the best combat art around and you have to lift weights to become worth anything.

Just a thought if you need anymore info. Just post something else and I will tell you more about either art.
