I NEED HELPP!!! need a plan & advice

So heres my story. I take all the basic supplements, Whey Protein, L Glutamine, and Creatine. I just stopped using Creatine because of he health concerns. Apparently there are people who has severe kidney/liver problems from it...It gave me impressive gains though and I'm a hard gainer. I went from 133lbs to 149lbs... for me thats a huge gain.

I wanted to know if I'm going to lose all of my extra pounds because I'm going to stop using Creatine...and is the FDA ever going to approve it?
Broader shoulders just aren't worth sacrificing two working kidneys.

I need someone to put me on a strict plan...I don't do the basics but I want to know exactly what to eat and do. I'm ready to do what it takes. I hardly drink enough water, I didnt even know water was a big deal until I came to this forum...so yea im kinda a newbie. Do i really need to drink a gallon of water a day? And 6 meals a day? Consisting of what? And please dont answer with "COMPLEX CARBS"..tell me what kinda food has complex carbs in it... that sounds impossible..and what am i supposed to eat considering im a vegetarian?

CAN someone please put me on a diet plan thats doable? I take Whey Proetin shakes in the mornings along with L Glutamine. I also take a shake and L Glutamine directly after a workout. (From GNC...are they good quality?)

So, please, someone who knows what theyre talking about reply on this forum AND shoot an email to me at ENIGMATIC07@AOL.COM

Thank you Very Very much.

Could somebody post a link that shows real scientific data that creatine damages kidneys? My doctor thinks so and is telling me not to use it.

For that matter is there any real scientific data on ephedra? Beside the people that abused it and died and besides the one article that suggests its bad and was repeated all over the web.

Real scientific data for either would be warmly received

If your worried about your liver and kidney due to the creatine, what about excess protein that hurts the kidney's?

You need 6 meals a day and drinking a gallon of water is a real good idea. FDA has never approved it but creatien has been around since the 80's and as far as I know there has been NO scientific study to suggest creatine (a substance naturally occuring in meat you eat) causes kidney failure.

I don't have any specific resources but I'm sure someone like Jakaden does . . . .

There is just too much heresay over this product... I know there hasn't been any scientific study PROVING it does stuff to your kidneys, but there isn't anything backing up that its completely healthy. I'm just going with my gut and im not going to use it. Im gonna get ZMA soon, rely on natural minerals, take in a gallon of water a day, eat as much proetin & complex carbs as I can and train hard.

Any suggestions are appreciated, and thank you again.

Below is a link to a small review on creatine.

Just to add my two cents: creatine is safe when used correctly. The problem with some bodybuilders is that they DON'T use it correctly. There are specific loading/dosage patterns that should be adhered to and it shouldn't just be taken indefinitely as some people do.

Another problem is that there are so many cowboy producers out there that you should make sure of the purity of any creatine you buy - look for the biochemical analysis on the label. If it doesn't have one, don't buy it!

Kidney problems associated with creatine are from people who already had kidney problems and began taking creatine. It will make kidney problems worse so make sure you don't have any underlying problems by checking with your doctor.

If you have healthy kidneys and you use it properly I don't see the problem.

Maybe ill change my mind about creatine, but in the mean time I suggest EVERYONE read this:

YOU MUST ALL PLEASE READ THIS STORY OF MINE TO SAVE YOUR LIVES!!! Creatine is so dangerous. I was on it for 5 months and got pretty good gains (10 pounds), but at this point the s--- hit the fan.
I woke up one day and went to the bathroom to pee. When I started to piss, it was really burning bad, I MEAN REALLY BAD!!! When I was done pissing, I got up and fainted. The next thing I knew I was waking up in an ambulance being rushed to the hospital. The doctor said my kidneys as well as my bladder have been damaged by the creatine and I was taking only the recommended dose.

Anyway I spent all that money on creatine for nothing because I lost everything that I gained and on top of that I have to be on dialysis the rest of my life and I'm only 29. I'm going to start a law suit against creatine for millions of dollars because my life is now ruined. I'm writing this in hope of saving peoples lives. Please pass my story on to everyone you know and to everyone who you know knows and hopefully this S---!! that ruined my life will be banned one day.

Look at all the REAL people Creatine has caused problems for.

Does anyone recommend ZMA (Zinc And Magneisum (sp?))

2 sides to every story, and i think we are only gettin about 1/4 of it there........ If you got this on the internet i would say its **** also. i havnt found 1 person or a person who knows a person that got kidney problems on creatine. The burning could have been an STD with infection spreading to his bladder. who knows.

I don't believe this story either. But just suppose for a moment that it was true. Who is to say whether this person didn't already have kidney problems and didn't consult a medical professional before taking creatine? Also, if this person was taking the "recommended dose" then there is no way s/he should have been on it for 5 MONTHS!!

Re-read my above comments. And leave scare stories like that where they belong.
