3. Basically eat fresh. No processed stuff. no more fast food, no more cola, no pop tarts, instead eat things like oatmeal, cottyage cheese, lean meat,
fresh fruits and vegtables.
4. This is dependant on your goals. to get a flat 6-pack or whatever stomach wise your aiming for you will need a
low body fat %. This comes mainly through diet, but you will need excersise also.
5. There are links around with excersises. Take a look at some different people's journals, and see what they have been doing.
6. As long as it takes your body to get there and the amount of dedication you have. It would take me a lot longer then you with the same dedication b/c I am having to lose more. I wouldn't worry about 'just getting a flat stomach", as much as i would think about just getting healthy.
