i want to change my routine, can u guys help???

hey guys....my weekly routine goes like this:
Monday- Shoulders
Tuesday- legs
Wednesday-Back
Thursday- Chest
Friday- Arms

When i work my chest tho, i feel it working my triceps. Then i go do triceps the next day....i want to change my routine so that i can give my triceps at least a 48 hour rest...i thought about something like this:
Monday- shoulders
Tuesday- chest
Wednesday-back
thursday-legs
friday-arms
That way i give 48 hours between shoulders-back, back-arms, and 72 hours between arms-chest....sound good? Also, i dont know why, but when i work my chest, i really only feel it in my triceps....

This, maybe?

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Arms

If I were trying to do a five-way split, this is how I'd structure it. Most of the time, though, I favor a three- or four-day split, to help avoid overtraining my arms.

Im assuming that you are alternating your workouts week by week.
As keeping the same routine week in, week out. Your body will plateau.

Just change the body parts each week, thus you'll target different muscle groups each time and build further and better.
