I'd like some opinions....


Hey, I'd like some of your opinions about the information I've listed below. As far as my build goes, I'm not really that big, but I'm pretty well tone all over my body. I know some of you guys are super buff, but when giving your opinion take into consideration my age and weight and everything.

Age: 16.5
Weight: 160
Height: 5'9''
Body Fat %: 9%
Bench: 205
Squat: 280
Powerclean: 165
Deadlift: 380

PS: I play football, I'm a tight end. But I'm looking to move up to about 170+lbs by season, which starts in the middle of August.

Your lifts are there so your neuromuscular effeiciency is good. You just need to add some more quality protein to your diet (unless you have a typical teenage diet, then you need a complete dieat overhaul) and you'll gain. If you're not working this summer, work on doing heavy sets of the big lifts (3-5 reps max) and eat as much clean food as you can handle. That'll add weight. If you're naturally lean you might not be able to get over 170 before August but you'll probably get stronger and slightly bigger which is what counts.
