Hey, I'd like some of your opinions about the information I've listed below. As far as my build goes, I'm not really that big, but I'm pretty well tone all over my body. I know some of you guys are super buff, but when giving your opinion take into consideration my age and weight and everything.

PS: I
play football, I'm a tight end. But I'm looking to move up to about 170+lbs by season, which starts in the middle of August.
