im kinda worried

well, yesterday i did my bicep workout at school, i did probably 3 or 4 sets of dumbell curls, then i did some ez bar stuff. well when i got home i said to myself that i wasnt satisfied with my bicep workout at school so i decided to pump up at home and do 4x8 bb curls, then 4x8 db curls to failure, and today im not sore at all. i think that i may have really overworked them and im kinda worried that it ripped my muscles up too much. am i overreacting or is this actually bad to workout 2 times a day like i did?

Well if you don't feel a tremendous amount of pain then I don't think you have to worry. Just cause you're not sore doesn't mean you didn't work them, and if you tore a muscle I think you'd know it.

It sometimes takes more than one day to feel sore. OFten after a weight workout I feel the same way that I need to workout a bit more, especially after those workouts I don't feel it until a couple days later, and then it's really sore!

if you have a hard time moving your arms with the biceps and if there is pain when you are moving them then yes. but most likely you didn't do anything

swordfish dont over work the Bi's like most people. Sore doesnt mean progress. I know the sore feeling is a good one but you wont always get it. just write down what you do and when your done and you say to yourself "man i dont think i did enough " you can look at your workout on paper and then be like "I did have a good workout"
