I worked out for 6.5 months straight. I went from benching 175 to 250 lbs. Well, I moved a few hundred miles away, and its been two months or so since I worked out. I finally got back in the Gym Monday, and now im really sore, and I cant
bench press what I was benching two months ago. Monday I
benched 135 like toys, but today im sore and I could barely bench 185 twice. Im not sure and dont remember but after soreness goes away I should pretty close to where I was before right? I hope lol..
I just started taking N02, and always took Protien.
