I'm struggling to reach my goal - advice needed!

Hi all,

I'm 6'0", 25 years old and 14st 12lbs (or 208lbs or 94kgs)

The first goal I set myself is: 100Kg (220lbs) bench

At the moment, I'm doing my first cutting cycle and eating around the 1500/day mark. First of all, is this likely to be hindering my progress towards my goal?

Come mid-November, I will be back to bulking, and I really REALLY want to hit (and pass) that magical 100kg mark.

At present I can do one rep with good form and ROM. I want to be able to do 4-6 reps with good form and ROM.

I've read (and tried) techniques and advice I found on the web, but to no avail. I can't easily train with chains.

Can anyone help me?

Cheers,
Hav

Man if you are trying to improve your bench. All you need to do is start doing negatives and pyramids.

Pyramids are ten half up, then ten half down, then ten complete. If you do this with incline, flat, and decline you will break through that wall you have hit.

Let me know if it works should take about 3weeks.

I know this is what got me to 385.

Holla

Bench is my weak area but the truth is you are not supposed to get stronger while your cutting. I mean if you do thats great for you but generally that won't happen.
