Hi all,
I'm 6'0", 25 years old and 14st 12lbs (or 208lbs or 94kgs)
The first goal I set myself is: 100Kg (220lbs) bench
At the moment, I'm doing my first
cutting cycle and eating around the 1500/day mark. First of all, is this likely to be hindering my progress towards my goal?
Come mid-November, I will be back to bulking, and I really REALLY want to hit (and pass) that magical 100kg mark.
At present I can do one rep with good form and ROM. I want to be able to do 4-6 reps with good form and ROM.
I've read (and tried) techniques and advice I found on the web, but to no avail. I can't easily train with chains.
Can anyone help me?
