ok so im going to college now, and want to have sex with all the froshies, so how do i get big muscles? i have been
taking creatine every day (200 kg per CC) and for some reason im not getting any results. i noticed my weiner is getting rashy and my back is getting ashy. basically, i wanna be able to bench press 200 lbs by the end of the semester, so that when im the sack with little froshies i can lift them up and toss them out the window and move onto the next froshy. i also wanna be able to bicep curl 100 lbs, so that way i can curl the froshies and drop em on their backs and sex em up with ease.
here is my
workout routine so far:
12 sets bench press
11 sets squats
14 sets pullups
11 sets barbell curls
11 set decline press
12 sets incline press
12 sets bench breast (wink wink
i do that daily, as well as chase cars up and down the street for my cardio. if i have chased anyone on this forum, i would not like to apologize for my actions because you will sincerely regret it when i sever the straps on your back.
