in need of advise
Well I am 15 years old and i came accross this site.
Well I am 5'11'' and pretty heavy.. not sure exact about 190 lbs
anyway, I am looking to lose another 15-20 lbs and also tone myself up , u know 6 pack n all so I wont be shy to take my top off at the swimming pool lol
what kinda stuff should i be doing? currently not on any specific diet but I am eating more sensibly and no chocolate / crisps other crap like that... I'm tryin to eat 3 meals a day and no snacks only fruit?
I do a fair bit of bike riding but my weights are pathetic and only 5 lb dumbells. I have about 100-150 pounds (money ) to spend on something? should i buy something like an excercise bike? or a walker? or what? new weights? I really dont know what to do, any advise welcome :-) does any1 know a site that I can find like a daily routine of excercise or something that I could do? I'm pretty desperate :-(
I don't have easy access of a gym or equiptment really.. all i have is a punching bag, a bike, and my wussy dumbells
(already lost 20 lbs over a month but not seeing too much difference in body size)
thank you
^^ I know i posted this on another forum topic and I apologise, my bad :-(

I do not know how much money is 150 pounds because i'm american but i will tell you that buying a set of dumbbells is about as ssmart as you can get. If you can get adjustable dumbbells that you can add more weight to, you can replace entire machines just with 2 of them. In order to have a good diet you need to eat first of all 5, 6 times a day, spaced out. If you want still want to lose weight you need to lower your calories you eat, and do some cardio i would say. Nothing fancy, if you dont have a machine, just go and run in a park or something. With the 6 pack im sure you will want a nice set of guns so get a good weight routine going. I have had lots of luck with www.bodybuilding.com. Go there and click on exercises and click the body part that you want to work on, good luck.

im 15 also. i would say you sould buy a few dumbells so you can build muscle to help burn some calories. i dont think buying a stationary bike is needed if you just run alot instead. i agree you do need to eat about 5 small meals a day.

hehe yea :-)
thanks for that diet u showed me, but I don't want body building / planning diets to take up my life... I just wanna get like a nice shape and strong arms... pretty much.. :\ (mostly just lose weight) i still want to be able to get on with life.. all these diet calculating and working out would take up most, if not all of my day, and if it did not take all day it would tire me so much I wouldn't be able to do anything else? I enjoy playing sports although im not too good at them, I still try my best
I'll try and make a diet alike yours but I dont think I could stick that for too long :\ I like 3 meals a day with lots of fruit and water, but I will certainly try it :-)
yes its cool we are same age, do u have msn? if u do, add gogamus@hotmail.com we can chat that goes for any1

Both of you good luck, im off to increase some strength now. I found out that i actually weighed 191 so if i increase my bench to the 250 ish area that would be awsome, hopefully i will lose some more fat as well though.

The best thing about not doing over the top things with my diet is that I see huge gains all the time. I'm already to that 250ish area and I'm just coming off being stuck (granted I'm lighter but I'm also younger). Oh well, different strokes for different folks. Good luck with your cutting/bulking.

Yea my gains went down quite a bit i was able to do an easy 200 when i stopped but i dunno what i can do now, but im gonna get up there again in a few weeks i will be stronger most likely. I have stopped cutting, didn't seem natural and i felt like **** all the time.
Big: I cant tell you what you should start out with because i dont know what you can do. Get some weights that are heavy enough for you to make gains, thats all i can say. I bought a set of freeweights with only 35 pounds max and now i feel dumb cause im ready for 40 - 45 on my curls, so just buy some extra just in case if it is possible.
