I know everyone is going to laugh at this idea, but whats the best plan to get in the best shape in the next 2.5 weeks? Long
story short, I was planning on working out since August to get in shape before turkey day but as it worked out, I've had a busy semester and have only worked out maybe 3-4 times every 2 weeks. I am 6
feet tall and weigh about 180 pounds. I can hit the gym 5 times a week and I also plan on running every night.
I'm just curious, what can I do to be in the best shape possible by Thanksgiving?
