In shape before thanksgiving??? HAHAHAH

I know everyone is going to laugh at this idea, but whats the best plan to get in the best shape in the next 2.5 weeks? Long story short, I was planning on working out since August to get in shape before turkey day but as it worked out, I've had a busy semester and have only worked out maybe 3-4 times every 2 weeks. I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 180 pounds. I can hit the gym 5 times a week and I also plan on running every night.

I'm just curious, what can I do to be in the best shape possible by Thanksgiving?

Thanks!!!

All I can promise is that you'll feel so much better after 2.5 weeks of doing the right things that you'll have a very happy Thanksgiving.

Push yourself! Push yourself! Push yourself! Go really intense in that gym, and you will feel awesome by thanksgiving. Even if you don't see many results, you will feel them, and feel much more confident.

You'll get stronger, but you won't see any muscle mass changes in that short of a period.
