i'm afraid i have to go with dan and luke, vanity posts annoy me, but i still respect the guy, he's got an awesome body i can only dream of raeaching that size, but the time will come when i reach it. besides though, not training your knee's is a bad problem. and in the long run your kids may like your torso but do they like your legs?

lol, i jsut don't know them, to be honest my progress is crap because i don't have weights, money is tight and i'm about to get a new job so i'll get them soon ish, gotta save for a car first *yawn*

yup. it's just annoying... i have another year until i can actually drive one but i'm not being let off the hook to actually buy weights... sad :|...
