Best. Post. Ever.

I guess you just have to practice. But don't scare the children.

Try to flex your lats, that sorta makes your chest move , or tighten your biceps one at a time.

By the way it's easy to do songs. Much harder to get them to go back and forth like beating in a drum riff from one when the bass drums come in.

LOl if you're serious... all i did to get a hang of it was lean my arms out forward first. Now i can just stay relaxed and make em do that. It's even easier if i have a shirt on and it provides a little resistance so i can feel it out better.

I admit it, I've been practicing since I read this thread. I need to work a bit more on the essential meat though.

I can do it.
I don't know how to teach it I just do it.
It's kind of like pulling your elbows into your side but not moving your elbows much.
That's really all I can help you with. I can move them so much that you can see it across the room even when I have a shirt on.

I don't exactly have pecs yet, but I do notice 'twitching' when i'm stretching my upper back (putting my arms out in front of my chest and pushing outwards).
