Lengthening Biceps???

When I flex my bicep muscle, there's a good portion of arm right above my inner elbow joint thats kinda flat....theres no muscle there. is it possible to extend the bicep down using a certain type of exercise?

just get it bigger. there was another post a while back asking the same thing and that was the jist of the answers. the bigger your bi becomes the less the gap. just make sure you are hitting the bis from all angles (BB curls, ez bar curls, hammer curls) and you should be good.

that gap is determined by genetics....don't worry about it.

like steve said, there is nothing that will change the shape of your muscles. all you can do to fill in a space is to make the bicep bigger overall.

Arnold in his book - Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building , he says preacher curls help stretch out the bicep, make it larger, and fill in that gap, but it doesnt happen instantly.

THanks for your inputs. :

After steadily working out for 2 months, I have seen a very noticable improvement in my bicep size but that flat spot just looks so weird.

Ahh well..thanks again.

Only way is to just make it larger and grow, the gap'll always be there, even pro-bodybuilders have it...just how your body is, I have it too

Like this... person has a huge bicep, but they still have a noticeable gap.
