Losing fat around the stomach?

Hi guys i ain't got a clue about diet or weights. I hope you can give me some advice on losing my stomach. It ain't big. I wear 32 inch jeans and they are a little loose. I am quite skinny 6ft 11½ stones (75kg i think)

It seems the only place i put on weight is my stomach. Recently i have started watching what i eat. No more Pies ,cakes, crisps biscuits. etc.

I would like to know if i can only drink water or can i drink no added sugar diluting juice? Whats good to eat apart from fish , chicken pasta.

I also heard to have a glass of milk before bed as its a slow working protein or something. Whats good exercises for losing fat around my stomach? If i stretch the skin on my stocmach i can see 4 of my abs and want to se the others

I just feel i am stating to get a big massive stomach and i feel like i need to do something about it. any help is very much appreciated.
