Ditto, the first week I ever tried Dipping, I went from using 60 lbs. on an assist machine, to doing 3 sets of 8 no problem, I probably could wieght, but I havent been to consistent the past few weeks.
by the way, I really thought that was the only way to do dips, I can understand the purpose of staying completely upright to target just the tri's, but when your doing them free without an assist, it impossible to stay upright... besides I love the burn you get in your sternum portion of the pectorals.....
