my legs are medium sized i mean there not fat or thin but they have strech marks and my dad says they will go away when i exercise because im only 14 so my skin will adjust but im wondering if you guys now any good leg exercises :confused:

I'm not sure if I believe that exercising will make strech marks go away, I still have mine on my legs, sides, and around my arm pit area. I've had them since I was around 15 and that was 5 years ago and I've changed a LOT since then but the've never changed..well maybe lightened alittle bit but then again i weigh about 60 pounds less.

stretch marks are forever - take it from me, i still have stretch marks from when i was 12 and that was 26 years ago.
they will, however, lighten and fade as you get older. if you're lucky like me, they'll blend in very well - someone has to get REAL close to see the oldest ones.
for leg exercises, the two kings are squats and deadlifts. lunges, step-ups, and leg press are also excellent. don't forget to work your calves, too - everything must be in proportion.
