My legs!! My legs!!


Okay I need some advice I have been working out hard and do legs twice a week. I don't do cardio cause I am trying to build mass.

My upper body and back are doing great!! But my legs are still skinny!! Whats the deal?? Any help would be great...

You may be overtraining doing legs heavy twice a week.

I agree, drop you legs workouts to once a week, lift really heavy on that day (Squats, deadlifts, maybe some legpresses) in the 4-6 reps range to failure (use a spotter or a smith machine).

Yep, do what has already been posted above and then wait until your legs have fully recuperated and then blast them again the day they don't hurt anymore! Eat lots of clean foods!
