I agree, drop you legs workouts to once a week, lift really heavy on that day (Squats, deadlifts, maybe some legpresses) in the 4-6 reps range to failure (use a spotter or a smith machine).

Yep, do what has already been posted above and then wait until your legs have fully recuperated and then blast them again the day they don't hurt anymore! Eat lots of clean foods!
