Actually, there are numerous folk who pop in here and are looking for some miracle technique to reach their goals. MANY don't workout.
Back on topic ... So you want to gain mass?
Questions:- How are you currently working out?
- Can you layout a week's worth of both weightlifting (or other form of resistance training) and cardo?
- What do you eat on a normal day, how much do you eat ... and when do you eat it?

I went to Mexico this march break and it was all-inclusive....so I ate everything, not to mention a truck full of alcohol. I didn't gain a pound after eating everyday at least 6 times. I would really like to gain some mass but not too much becuase I'd like to still be lean and have the 6 pack for the ladies. I was just wondering if any of you expierenced muscle guys and girls had any info on how I could achieve my goal.
Thank you

Ahh i thought this thread was dead.
If all you wanna do is gain weight no matter what, weight gainer works well. If you can't afford that you can make yourself your own weightgainer with shakes with tons of carbs via oatmeal, fruits, heavy in fat via non-saturated oils, and heavy in protein via protein powder.
And as for your second comment. You can't gain weight "even if its not muscle" and still have a 6 pack.
Sounds like you have conflicting goals.
Basically, eat food (and more than you are currently eating), and two lift heavy weights.
I know you may think you have a fast metabolism, but there is no one that simply cannot gain weight with the right diet (unless you have a tape worm).

Note that Todd was about your size, chauncey_3, ... a long time ago.

The suppliments are optional. I do suggest supplimental protein, but you can use whatever kind you like. Read it carefully about the nutrient timing of the food.

I havent heard this before but I can understand it when I work out my calves. I threw on some weight and wouldnt feel a burn until 25-30 reps or if I quadrupled(or more) the weight...
So what is the common rep range for calves?

Calves are one of the few muscles where i have heard that the more reps the merrier.
I do up to sets of 30, but i dont work my calves that often.

It's either
a) you are working them too hard.
b) you simply haven't become accustomed to working them.
or
C) you listened when someone said, "it's not a workout until somebody pukes".

Most likely
1) you did not give nough time for last meal to digest squats have a high effect on stomach motion
2) you dont have enough fuel and need to take some sugar

But all that happens is my muscles get harder and not bigger i've tried to change my diet but i just get a little fat around my abs. And i only work out every other day i mean i look like a bodybuilder but only pint size. What can i do to bulk up a little so i might have a chance for the rockhard competition?
