question, question

Hello,
Just a quick question, as you guys (and girls) appear to be very helpfull. I have been working out, following adivce from this forum for about 2 months, so far I have put on 20lb's although can really see where it is yet. However I have a question relating to the upper arms.
In the arm the two main muscles the bicep and tricep bulk up the front and back of the arm, is there a mucle group which works the inside of the arm (by that i mean the muscle that is closest to the body if your arm was by your side) and the outside of the arm. As I am wondering which are the best excersises to give my arm more width.

If I am speaking jibberish please let me know, but if someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Cool

That's your bicep and tricep. You need good mass and cut it up.

Some anatomists will tell you that more direct brachialis work will add some width to your arms. At least on the outside. If you want to try it do some incline hammer curls as MRI studies show that that exercise engages the brachilais the most. But, there isn't much more to the upper arm than biceps, triceps and brachialis. Work them hard, while also working the major muscle groups like back and legs harder, and the gains will come. 2 months is nothing and 20 lbs over that period is really good. Arm size is usually directly proportional to overall size so when you gain more bodyweight your arms will follow suit.
