I train beyond failure if I have a spotter.

I was just thinking about this.
I did triceps the other day and on my last reps I mean I could not get the rope down unless I bent my knees and kind of jerked it down. I realized that was failure. I realize that even thought my last reps hurt like hell I should not be able to do one more or maybe even not being able to finish my last rep. I can't train like that alone. Not on squats and bench presses and stuff like that. I would drop the weight right on top of me

I train to failure whenever i work out my chest, tri, bi, shoulder, and back. However, i cant train to failure when working out my legs specially when doin squats, its very hard and requires maybe 3 spotters?

Im training this way cause its what max-ot suggests

I'll only go to failure for certain muscle groups. I never have a spotter with me, so I definitely won't do it for bench press or squats.

I tend to go to failure on smaller muscle groups like biceps and triceps, and sometimes the delts. I find that I'm often trying for the heavier weights (even though I'm probably not even ready yet) and seeing how far I can take it.
