Can someone take a look at my current
workout program and make some suggestions/criticism/ everything is welcome?. As of right now I am only going to have access to a Weider Crossbow until I get some more $$ for some free weights. Right now my entire workout program consists of cardio only, any suggestions on a program that will not entirely kill me in the beginning?. Anyone out there currently using a cross bow? and can you post your workout schedule for me so I'll have something to go by? I know I look like a cario freak but I have managed to shed almost 25lbs of fat in 7 weeks. ...
All workouts on treadmill at 5mp with bursts to 6mph
Monday -- 50 minutes Cardio
Tuesday -- 50 minutes Cardio
Wednesday -- 50 minutes cardio
Thurdsay -- 50 minutes cardio
Friday -- 50 minutes cardio
Sat -- Off
Sun -- 50 minutes cardio
