running before or after?

Which is better, running before or after weights? Currently i run 20 mins after i lift weights. I usually get tired if i run before lifting.

How can i go big at the same time loose fats around my waist? Im now trying to lift heavy and lowers reps. Im astarted taking creatine and dieting at the same time

Don't run on the same day u lift. If you MUST then space it out one in the morning and one at night

Can't get big and cut at the same time unless you are on the juice, pick a goal.

hes right on #1.

run after weights=good
run at least 8 hours after lifting=better
run on non lifting days=best

#2. you CAN gain muscle and lose fat at the same time but it is VERY hard and you need to pay a LOT of attention to your diet. you need to take in enough calories to gain muscle without taking in too many to gain fat. that can be very tricky. to make it a little easier, eat a lot, if you gain fat, then run/walk it off. better to take in too many and run them off than to not get enough.

doing really low reps isnt real good for gaining size but strength. you can gain size but it is much easier with lighter weight. 7-8 seems to give a nice equal payoff for most people.
