This is my first post, so just wanted to say hi. Have been reading the forum for few days now and already found lots of helpful info.
Bit of background info: I'm 26, Polish but live in Australia. Have been doing weights for 5 years now but only recently have been getting serious about it.
Currently weigh 84kgs, height 176cm, body fat around 18%. I'll post pics soon. Since it's summer in Aus now I am working on getting ripped rather than adding more muscle mass. Trying to get down to 8-10% body fat.
Here is my current weekly training program:
Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Cardio (30 min)
Day 4: Abs/Shoulders
Day 5: Biceps/Triceps
Day 6: Cardio (30 min)
Day 7: Cardio (30 min)
I usually do 4 excercises per body part, 4 or 5 sets per excercise. So usually end up doing 16-20 sets per body part.
My diet is generally pretty good. 5 - 6 meals a day, around 170g of protein. No junk food etc. Drinking lots of water.
Any comments on the program?
