Serious Cardio plan... help!

Ok I need the opinions of people who really know their sh...stuff on this one.

I'm 16 and have a small belly and man boobs, I used to be way fatter but I've just found it so hard to lose this amount of fat and get a 6pack and lose the tits.

I'm on holidays now and I do some cardio, I have HEAPS of time on my hands, and I have just under 2 months till school, I want to lose all this fat and its possible just I need a good plan..

I want a serious intense plan if someone could just outline what would be best for me, I have an indoor-bike, a skipping rope and I can go for jogs, so those are my 3 cardio options, I want to go hard and intense so if anything reach my goal before the end of the holidays.

Right now all i do is something like about.. 20mins of skipping a day, if not, its 20mins on the bike, up to an hour max depending if I feel like it, and im meant to start jogging in the afternoons.

What Im asking for is if someone could write up a basic cardio time table I could do in a week which is guaranteed to be MORE THAN ENOUGH to have the fat fly off coz I will follow it and im determined, i understand il have to keep the food intake up coz i dont want to lose fat off my face like i did once before.

Give me some ideas if you can guys, im thinking on the lines of 60mins cycling a day, then maybe 20mins jogging later, i also do about 200situps a day and pushups, im gona increase those to about 300 a day or more, mayb 500.

One thing that im having trouble working out, is, I lost 35pounds a year ago on my bike, what i did was just 20mins a day for 3 months, from what i remember it was intense and the fat flew off at 1kg a week. Now what I do is 60mins a day, but im wondering, coz its not so hard, that maybe the fat isnt flying off because i should do shorter cardio sessions, but faster, with a much higher heart rate? when i do the 60mins i aint sure how fast my heart is running at but ive estimated at about 150-170 counting it once.

Please any good advice im serious about this, give me something professional, hard and intense, i will follow through, and prove to u all in february what I achieved

thanks

It's good that you're serious.

What are you eating, and on what schedule? Are you doing (or plan to do) any resistance training?

well eating.. anything really, i dont eat the junk food and take aways, what ever home made meals my mum makes, quite healthy, veggies, meats, soups, that stuff, can slightly alter them to be more protein or more carbs if its needed...

schedule.. im not on any, its holidays ive got the whole days to my self so i dont care, usually i do either the skipping or cycling in the morning, and im meant to be doing the running in the late afternoon, every few days i do my arms or bench, every day i do the pushups and situps..

ive decided to cut now and bulk later next year because my abs have come along nicely under the fat due to the situps for last 2 months or so, so i wana just burn that off, if any resistance training is needed ive got the equipment at home such as bench and barbells etc
