Skateboarding good cardio workout?


I've been skating for about 3 years now, and quit for a while and now im back into it. I'd say in a week I go with my bud PAt and we skate twice a week for about 2 hours each time we skate, and I sweat my arse off when we do (I also live in Florida and its hot as hell right now here). Adding the skateboarding and my 3-4 times a week of lifting is that enough in your minds?

if your heart rate is up for long enough then its fine. Just watchyourself, ive had alot of my pals that skate bust themselves up and put themselves out of the weight room for 2 weeks or more.

Skating is a great cardio workout. I use to skate, and I found it worked me good cardiovascular wise. Oh ya, I use to be crazy with skating. On my skateboard, roller blade, and scooter I use to do crazy jackass stunts. lol I busted myself a couple times. lol
