i have been training for about 2 and a 1/2 years and have some good gains (2 stone in weight). but recently i notice my reflex isn't as good as i used to e.g slow punches, kicks etc. i don't do any
martial arts but would like to gain my reflex back as well as my strength. does anyone know how to do that?
also, i have a diet question would like to ask: i need to cut down for the summer soon and should i have a low carbs diet? is carbs a better energy fuel than fats? or the other way round? if i need to cut down carbs then where do i get the energy from?
