you read the Journal and Nutrition threads you're probably gettin sick of me.... i'm trying to piece something together and asking wherever i can for help.
Basically... i'm 25, 236, medium frame. Looking to slim down and tone up. Been pretty faithful to going to the gym the last few weeks... I want to go all in and make this work! I need some direction, someplace to start.

Time: I'm a teacher, have time b4/and after work and weekend.
