Starting Lighter

Well I am 17 years old and about 6'1". I play basketball and up to about the end of June I weighed 200 lbs. I started dieting heavily and running consitently every day until i dropped down to 177. I have been lifting a lot in the past two weeks and my eating has increased dramatically since I stopped trying to lose weight. Right now I am really trying to gain muscle and become more defined then I was at 200. I am nervous that the increase of food is going to push my weight back up to where I was before and then Im going to be pissed. I am hoping that whatever I am eating is going towards building muscle instead of being stored as fat. How should my diet look if I want to keep within a few pounds of where I am at now? Since I play basketball it has helped me very much dropping 20 lbs and I really dont want to gain that much weight, just gain more muscle. Any info on how my diet should look would be appriciated. Thanks for the help in advance.

Understand that if you gain muscle, you will gain weight. But that is ok, because muscle is denser than fat. For example, I gained 7 lbs this year, but I can still wear the same pants.
