With that kind of an attitude you definitely wont get big. Take an hour a day and prepare the meals for the next day. There are a multitude of things you could eat that take very little effort to make. Even buying stuff at the store, such as a Green Giant Stir Fry pack (mmm teryaki) some chicken, follow instructions. Presto! You got amazing amounts of protein and veggies to go along! Through in some wild rice/brown rice. This will last you a while and wont get bland, unless you have some sort of eating disorder. Dieting isnt about shovelling down cans of tuna.

Mmmmm, a stir fry pack. Haven't had one of those in a while. Thanks for the reminder...I've been having to eat taters all day - ran out of rice. Guess some shopping is happening tonight. Stir fry pack and brown rice. My new favorite foods.

I'll use soy sauce. Can't stand teryaki. Goes back to 8th grade when teryaki chicken was on the school menu. Someone asked what it was. The teacher said it was chicken that they had choked to death. I can't bring myself to eat choked chicken . I know it really isn't but you know how it is...get something in your head - it just stays there.

I feel your pain a welch, for me it was the sloppy joes on Wednesday... All that grease everywhere, the bread soaked it up like a sponge. Had to learn the hard way, a few upset stomachs

Ahh memories of the school cafeteria..
