Stiff Legged deadlifts/Regular Deadlifts

Are both these exercsises needed? I dont mind doing both since they are different. Im thinking of changing up my routine, since I have the time to break it up more, and doing maybe 3 sets of each deadlift on leg day.

Iam currently doing a push-pull routine

DAY 1
PUSH
Bench Press
Military Press
Dips
JM Press
Lateral Raise

DAY 2 REST

DAY 3
PULL
Deadlift
Barbell Row
Chinups
Shrugs
Hammer Curls

Day 4
Cardio 45 minutes

DAY 5
LEGS
Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Calf Raises
machine crunch's
leg raises

DAY 6 and 7
REST

Looks ok, I would stick with the way you're doing it if you like it

I wouldn't bother with leg raises though or lateral raises but that wasn't your question

It's more volume than some could handle (like me)

well, i was actually thinking of breaking things up more, instead of 3 muscle groups like I do on day 1.

Although this routine works quite well, in that i get a good workout, im wondering whether it'd be more beneficial to seperate things more.

I was wondering if the sumo type deadlift releaves the most stress off the back?

I never really understood wide stanced deadlifts, it just makes the lift shorter in my opinion.
