I've noticed that since I've started working out, that both side of my chest muscles don't develop at the same rate. My left pec seems large than my right pec which is odd because I'm right handed. Is there any way of balancing out my pecs so I don't look like a freak when I have my shirt off? I've thought of using more right hand weight when I work out with dumbbells but I'm not sure if that's the answer. I'd be thankfull for any advice..............Malcolm

I've had the same problem as well. The only thing you can do is wait it will even its self out overtime (I don't think it's as notacible to other people as it is to you).
Don't try evening it out with more work for your uneven side this could just cuase more problems (ie your front delts and triceps get slightly uneven) However you could switch to doing more dumbell work for both sides. This would force your weaker side/uneven side to even out quicker than if you included more barbell work as your pecs are forced to work independantly.
Thanks IONOR for the reply. Nobody has mentioned that they noticed the offset size of my pecs but I don't go around without a shirt very often. I'll follow your advice on using dumbbells to see if they even out. Thanks again.............Malcolm
hmmmm....I have somthing like that. Only mine is a dent. its in my right pec. I can put my fingers in it and feel bone, but i have muscle all around it....
