The rollercoaster of Weight


For me i feel im a bit to small and i need to gain some weight im only 160 at about 5'7''. I have a bad habbit of gaining weight and then losing the weight faster then i gained. Its becomes a rollercoaster of weight loss and wieght gain. I was hopeing someone could help me, cause i need to gain weight and keep it so does anyone know what i can do?

Yeah, eat big every day. I sense you probably stop eating or eat big for awhile then go away from it.

Remember dude, throwing weights around is playtime. Without the right diet, it's all worthless.

ya actually weekend i dont eat much cause my schedule is kinda screwed up. Whata people do when its the weeknd?

If you weigh 160lbs when you're 5'8 you're not exactly small. What is your BF%?

Hey Tom haven't seen you around in forever.

But back on topic, you might think you are eating a lot all the time, but you might not be. I wanted to gain weight and I wasn't so I kept track one day and it was about 2000 calories! I didn't think I could eat any more. Since then I have tried shooting for 4000+ to put on weight. If you lose it fast, don't stop eating lots! (High calorie foods might be good if you hate eating and eating and eating...)

Thanks man i'll keep a record for this week and let ya know about how many calories i am eating and how many i need to eat in order to gain weight
