the V

see attached pic. See at his waist how theres a v shaped dip? But do you see how the ab side (not the leg side) appears to be higher?

Is there any way to make it where the leg side is higher?

(sorry if this doesnt make sense lol)

you see how theres a depression starting from his hip, and going down diagonally down?

thats the V im talking about. As for the height thing, I can explain it any better lol

how about this, imagine a person wearing leg armor. Thats what I mean by the leg side of the v being higher.....

(sigh nobody will ever understand lol)

that sort of thing is strictly determined by the genetics of your muscle build.

that V is made by the lower abs and the obliques. the only way to get them to show is to lower your body fat - you'd need to be REALLY low, though - 5 or 6%, is my guess.

the lowest a male can go is about 5%; women shouldn't remain lower than 12% for any length of time.

it's not just cold - certain nutrients are fat-soluble. fat also cushions internal organs and protects them from sunburn.

Unless I've misunderstood, that's just the hip flexors meeting the legs at the pelvis. I'm not as ripped as that guy, but I've always had one of those.

A man can take his BF as low as 3, but it is not recommended. I've known guys who got that low and they are irritable bastards 'cause their in near-constant deprivation of anything enjoyable.

you do NOT want to work your hip flexors.

they're already pretty much the most powerful muscle in your lower body. if you work them too much, they'll pull your pelvis into a forward tilt and make your stomach bulge out while causing problems for your lower back.

just work the weights, strip the fat, and if you've got it, you've got it. if you don't, then you can't put it there - you just don't have the genetics.

Minimum safe BF% from most source is 4-5%. Most contend that you should not maintain lower than 5% for an extended period of time.

Low body fat will give you that. Working the obliques heavy to achieve that will only make you look "boxy" around the waist and take away from any broadness in your upper body.

What's the difference? It'd really just likely get bigger though because your muscles inserted in that manner. No matter how much they grow they will stay in the same basic position that they are in.
