I know I stated below that I would be using a fullbody split with free weights, but I've just been informed that I am going to be going to visit my uncle for a month. there's no real gym around where he lives, but last time I was there he had just bought a total gym. Now I don't want to waste anymore time, so I'm gonna give it a shot. But what I wanted to know is should I do
extra cardio with the total gym, you lift like 70% of your bodyweight and rest is minimal so you have a good cardio workout. And since you only lift like 70% of your bodyweight would this be good or should I just do bodyweight stuff for a month?
