total gym

I know I stated below that I would be using a fullbody split with free weights, but I've just been informed that I am going to be going to visit my uncle for a month. there's no real gym around where he lives, but last time I was there he had just bought a total gym. Now I don't want to waste anymore time, so I'm gonna give it a shot. But what I wanted to know is should I do extra cardio with the total gym, you lift like 70% of your bodyweight and rest is minimal so you have a good cardio workout. And since you only lift like 70% of your bodyweight would this be good or should I just do bodyweight stuff for a month?

70% of your body weight? Keep in mind that the Total Gym functions on a 30° incline (or thereabouts). That means that you're only lifting 70% x bodyweight x 0.5 (consider the trigonometry: sin(30°)=0.5). That's not really that much. If there's any way that you can increase the lifting weight, then do it. Whether or not your muscles get adequately taxed, of course, will depend on which muscles you're using (specifically, how large are they).
