Training


Okay another question I just started to workout, my question is what do you guys think of this training program I do chest shoulders and triceps on monday, back biceps calves on wend. and friday I do the rest of the legs I run on tues. thur. sat. sunday off! I basically made sure that push muscles were worked together and the pull muscles were worked together! what do you guys think is this a good workout routine!

Push - Pull routine is always good. It would help if you told us your goals. If it is to gain muscle and weight, then running 3 times per week may be too much. Cardio is pretty catabolic.

well I am about 250 and 5'10 so I want to lose the weight and muscle up hehe, I used to be 180 heheh then got married and I we ate fast food all the time, my goal is to get to my ideal weight and cut up so I am running to lose the excess weight

lol Happens to everyone after they get married! Means you got some good lovin' going on bro.... You are good to go with that workout. How many exercises per body part? How many sets and reps? What kind of cardio? Sprints? LSD?

well I rider the bike hard in the morn. for 20 to 30 mins then I go to the track at the night time and do sprints and hills, now as far as how many exercise per body part I trie to do 3 per and I go 10 8 6 for the reps getting heavier every set!
