I have recently started helping a friend of mine get into shape. We go on runs but they run VERY slow and not very far. I am super busy with school and usually run a good run before going to run with them so that I can get a work out in also. Well, now I am getting busier and can only go once a day. I cant just blow my friend off and not run with them but I am not getting much of a work out running 1 to 1.5 miles at a very
slow pace. I can walk briskly and move as fast as them. At the end of the work out I dont feel that my
heart rate has been raised much, I am not tired, and I can breathe very easily. I dont feel as if I am getting much of a work out. Are there any ways to make this run a little tougher on me? Besides zig-zaging across the street behind them? Thanks
