I see alot of training programs that will keep track of your day to day activities like pro Track 2002 Fitness! My question is has anyone used or using these types of compture programs and which one you guys would recommend! Also if you could include a web-site where I can get this program I sure would appreciate this!

I've created a free web-based tracking program. You can download the source and run it if you have a server available. I am working on a hosted version...
I have a difficult enough time just using a regular training log, much less one that I would have to use after my workout. Not saying it isn't useful or a good idea, just that I am not organized enough to make it worthwhile.
Try a search on Yahoo or Google for computerized logs. I'm sure you will have many to choose from.
