Well I just wanted to say keep up the good work because you've obviously found a routine that works well for your body. You're doing really, really great!

Much appreciate it!

I've cut down on food heaps though as far as nutritional intake went... used to eat 5meals a day and 2litres of skim milk (litre morning/night) but I have since cut down to 3meals only and I stick to it, if I want to snack I have a cucumber, carrot or some vegetable...
