Honestly, my advice is to not worry about this til your lifts are significantly higher. I mean higher than the goals for the end of your senior year.

Years ago, I was sitting at my table, looking at myself in the mirror and noticed the same thing you are talking about. I did some study, and found out that lying triceps extentions, (Arnold used to call them French Presses) help to fill that area in.

They will probably do the same for you. On tricep day, do about 4 or 5 good sets of these and within a year, you should notice a good filling in of that area.

Good suggestions. I was going to suggest skull crushers (same thing C Mass suggested with a different name). And Mav is right, muscle maturity simply takes time and continued effort. Tate press, skull crushers, tricep pushdowns are all good choices, but you have to be consistant and keep up the hard work and one day you'll notice that you've added a loaf of bread to the back of your arm.

Want some tricep development quick? Take some Cell Tech Hardcore, eat massive amounts of eggs (yes with the yolk) and do WEIGHTED DIPS HEAVY. Not to heavy to where u can only get like 1 rep, im talking like 4-6 reps. I guarantee your triceps buldge out more within a month.

I suggest doing a 5x5 workout 3 days a week. Example: Weighted Dips 5x5 Weighted Pullups 5x5 And Squats 5x5 Monday Wed and Friday. Very good mass builder.

Cause the fact is you need to get stronger to gain more muscle faster, and Dips are the Squat for triceps. U obviously just cant use the same weight and expect to grow right? Your muscles get used to the same weight, therefore using more weight to shock them. The more stress your muscles are under, the faster they grow. Along with alot of protein and carbs in the diet, creatine will help you out alot, especially with strength gains. I used cell tech hardcore for 5 days and put on 8lbs. Mostly water weight but did gain about 10-12 lbs on the bench within those 5 days. But please if your using heavy weight always have a spotter, to prevent injuries, stretch warm up first of course and have fun .

Stick to heavy compound exercises such as Close Grip Bench, Dips, Bench Press, Inclines, Militaries. They will do your triceps and shoulders wonders, Isolations are good for a finish up but usually arent that great at packing on muscle mass.
