Uneven chest muscle

Hello all . i started working out again hitting the weight kinda hard. i noticed that my one chest muscle (peck) is bigger than the other. where as one is kinda built up the other is kinda flat. What can i do to help this? the only thing i was thinking of was doing like incline chest presses with more weight on my right hadn than my left. Well let me know what you guys think

thanks

Any kind of free weights will straighten you out. DB's obviously, and BB even. Just keep lifing heavy and they will even out. Don't pick a weight so heavy that your weaker side is totally out of form and your strong side is in good form.

More lifting is typically the cure.

I think if you use different weights for each side thats gonna promote inequality not stop it. Like Fudo said DB's And BB's hard and heavy with a little time will straighten you out.

dont worry man - all it means is that you're human. same thing happened to me when i started

i suggest usin db over bb - then u dont have to worry about leading w/ one arm. this is my personal preference and works great for me

this is something that will just correct itself over time

i would not suggest u use different weight db's depending on the weight, believe it or not, u might just fall over on one side - and however unlikely this is - its still something u would want to prevent
