upper and central chest


how do i build these parts up? like right under the collar bone and in the center too. my pecs are building nicely but it's all on the outsides close to my arms and on the bottom. i need size on the upper portion

Do inclines with barbells and dumbbells. Also, lay off of any front deltoid exercises and let the inclines work those out at an equal rate as your upper chest. If you build your shoulders up too much, than when you do an incline exercise, your shoulders will be supporting most of the weight through a movement instead of your chest. Do heavy flatbenchs with a slightly closer grip, and hit those inclines. Just my 2 cents. :thumbup:
