Upper Chest workout

All,

I am wanting to really hit my upper chest hard. My problem is at my apartment complex, we only have a nautilus machine with several different workouts on it. It is a nice machine and you can do a lot of excercises, but hey, its not free weights. What can I do for upper chest. The other thing, last night I went in to work out for the first time in a while, and I couldn't lift hardly nothing. Should I take a week and just lift very minimal, so my muscles can get back into their routine? Well anyways, I worked out a little, this is what I did : 3 sets, 6 reps incline
3 sets, 6 reps flat bench
3 sets, 6 reps butterfly presses

All this was on the nautilus machine, well the other question is, my arms gave out on me when I did the benches, my biceps were really killing me. Does that mean that I am doing them wrong? How else can I do them? This morning, the sore spot is in my chest and it is my upper chest, but it is just a small spot about 2 or 3 inches in from my shoulders. Why doesn't that whole part of the muscle hurt? Why just a little spot. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to really hit the whole upper part of the muscle? Help me out if you can, thanks guys.

I know practically nothing about the nautilus machines. It is possible your sore biceps came from the butterfly presses (if they are what I am thinking they are). Drop the weight a bit and work on your technique. Make sure that you are making your chest do the work while keeping other muscles out if it.

I don't know how much of a burden it would be but you could join a gym with access to freeweights, or by your own and a bench if you have the room. I haven't found a machine yet that can compare to freeweights.
