Vacation

How long does it take to start losing muscle you gained from lifting? Lets say youve been lifting 4 times a week and go on vacation or something and cant lift for a week, Will you lose any strength or mass from not lifting in one week or does it take alot longer?

True but, why would he want to enjoy his cow? vaca = cow en espanol lol Sorry, it's early.

It took me a LONG time to lose my muscle when I quit lifting 4-5 years ago. I didn't see any difference for a couple months, then it slowly declined.
