Very strange..... Genetics?

Well this is going to sound REAL strange, but, in a week of hitting the weights hard, especially on the incline, my upper chest is already developing. I'm serious, I looked in the mirror the other day and saw muscle bulking up! Usually it was just flat and stuff, but it's strange! Now, is that genetics or what?

Usually beginners get really good results when they first start lifting, and the more they do, the better. But then when the results stop, that means you gotta change something, and do something different, and usemore variety in training and variety with food and protein intake. When I first started lifting weights back in early '98, I lifted almost everyday of the week and didn't have that much protein intake or water intake, and yet I made amazing results, but then that eventually stopped, so then that meant I needed to try different things and have more variety. Good luck with your gains.

Good work skinny. Very few people have a nice upper chest.

i get the same thing. even though i'm a chick, i get immediate results. you can see a difference after about 2 or 3 sessions for me. i've been back in training for about 3 months, and i'm still getting big results. i'm starting to cut back.

my mum is exactly the same. i think it could be a genetical thing. maybe something to do with muscle density? eh.. i dunno

Fudo says: Good work skinny. Very few people have a nice upper chest.
