Usually beginners get really good results when they first start lifting, and the more they do, the better. But then when the results stop, that means you gotta change something, and do something different, and usemore variety in training and variety with food and
protein intake. When I first started
lifting weights back in early '98, I lifted almost everyday of the week and didn't have that much protein intake or water intake, and yet I made amazing results, but then that eventually stopped, so then that meant I needed to try different things and have more variety. Good luck with your gains.
