Wakeborading

After my first day of wakeboarding I was sore in places that I didn’t even know could be sore. It’s a great rush for me and I love it. But I couldn’t even open the *flick* cap on my toothpaste the next day. All I could do is throw myself back out into the water and do it all over again. Is it okay to be that sore?

It just means that you used a bunch of muscles that you weren't used to using. You caused a bunch of microtrauma and your body needs some time to recover.

It's nothing to worry about........stretching, low impact cardio (i.e. walking) and lots of food will all aid in recovery.
