Want to get that 'V' defined (Abs area)

Alright, don't know what the muscle is called but I think you guys all know what I"m talking about; that 'V' around your pelvis/abs. I'd like to get that more defined but don't really know how to go about doing so. I've already got pretty decent abs currently, even though I don't do much for them. What can I be doing to improve my abs and help define that 'V'?

Thanks for the advice!

Lower your bodyfat a little more. As far as diet recommendations, I recommend the UD2.0 (www.bodyrecomposition.com) by Lyle Mcdonald.

I don't think it's possible for me to lower my bodyfat by much.

Then you probably will never see it due to your genetics. Try doing weighted abdominals and hip flexors and see if you can't see it once your muscles get bigger.

If you can't lower your body fat, then try some weight step ups, perhaps some hanging leg raises(also weighted). And believe it or not, it may just be in my head, but squats have helped me with that as well. I figure it's just because when you squat to parrell your hips and lower abs are working to stablize your body.

If you squat deeper than parallel, and pause for 2 seconds, then explode up, and use a wide stance, these nail the hips. So that also may help.

Yeah, my genetics do kind of suck...damn parents were so skinny when they were younger and now they're overweight. I am trying to actually get in shape, it'll be a miracle if I do though.

I'll try doing some of those things you guys suggested and see if I get any results whatsoever in the future...thanks for the tips!

Trunk twists will bring out your obliques nicely ...coupled with low bodyfat percentage of course
