I too am in your boat fit and i found a freat routine that worked for me. It is as follows:
Bench
Shoulder DB press
Curls
Tri Press
Wrist Curls
Lat Pull-down
3x8 (when you get to 8, add the weight and drop it to 4 reps)
Quick, intense and very effective. If you are looking for more bulk go up to 6 or 7 and drop it to 3.

You forgot about legs. You are working your legs, right?

Fit asked about an upper body routine...he did not mention legs and this routine above is very effective

alot of people at my gym and my work dont do legs ever, caz theyre... Pansys! oh!!!!!!!!!!!-
