weight gain


i just wanteds to tell everyones that over the past 19 days i have gained about 4 pounds.

the 4 pounds is of muscle with maybe even some fat loss. i think it is a good gain and good start to my goal of gaining 40 pounds over a year and a half. if i could continue to gain like that i would be very pleased. i think it is mostly because i changed my reps and sets from 4x6 to 3x10. 3x10 is more mentally challenging and exausting.
